1. Who we are

2. How ordering works

When you place an order and pay, we prepare it and deliver it to you in Cyprus, or you pick it up from us. Your contract is with Trustivo. [PLACEHOLDER] When the contract is formed; order acceptance and cancellation rules.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown on each product and before you pay. Payments are processed by Revolut, a licensed payment institution; we never see your full card details.

Prices can change. If the price of an item changes before you pay, we show you the new price and ask you to confirm it. If an item becomes unavailable after you pay, we refund it in full.

4. Delivery
